MYK was invited to the Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) event, hosted by the United Nations in collaboration with the Permanent Missions of Mexico and the United States of America. The event was held at at the Palais des Nations in Geneva.
GEW is known as “the world’s largest celebration of the innovators and job creators who launch startups that bring ideas to life, drive economic growth and expand human welfare.” GEW events are organised globally every year in the month of November to inspires people and to help them explore their potential as self-starters and innovators. GEW activities are designed to intimate networking by connecting participants to potential collaborators, mentors and investors—introducing them to new possibilities and exciting opportunities.
UNCTAD invited innovative entrepreneurs and opinion leaders to address and promote the topic of women’s entrepreneurship.
The presentations were followed by an interactive discussion and a networking event.
