MYK Group was invited to the Arab Innovation Network Annual Conference 2014 (AINAC).
AINAC was organised at Rotana Yas Island in Abu Dhabi between 27th and 28th September. The conference’s keynote speakers included Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture, Youth and Community Development and Sheikh Ebrahim Al Khalifa, a senior business consultant and co-founder of University College of Bahrain.
The event included:
- The panel discussions with leading experts on nurturing innovation in MENA
- Innovation Space exhibition where young entrepreneurs and innovators showcased their technologies and prototypes
- AINnovation Competition where 12 business ideas were selected from 150 applications to compete for USD2,000 prize
- Certified workshops
As the Gold Sponsor of the event, MYK Group participated as one of the judging panel for the AINnovation Competition, and gave two workshops on pitching business ideas to investors.
